Director of Customer Operations

Agent Legend seeks a Director of Customer Operations to lead our customer success strategy and team. This is a leadership position working closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

You will work closely with the product team to maximize customer activation, and drive education and engagement at scale.

You will identify and articulate where customers are getting tripped up, determine where human interaction is most critical, and put resources there.

You will help to evolve the customer experience as you identify the changing needs and desires of our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a customer success strategy
  • Drive education and engagement at scale
  • Lead and grow our customer success team
  • Build and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Manage onboarding, drive new feature adoption, and foster customer engagement
  • Understand our customer’s needs and make sure they get to First Value as soon as possible
  • Listen to user feedback and be the customer’s voice in our company

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer success experience working closely with SaaS product teams
  • Previous experience implementing low-touch or tech-touch followups
  • Previous experience with scaling customer success for a similar company
  • You are proactive and a self-starter
